Perfect apartment in an excellent location

Absolutely perfect in every way! Excellent location just 5 minutes walk to colosseum, staff were fantastic and the apartment was spacious and spotless! Area was quiet at night even with bars and restaurants within walking distance - would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

If we are fortunate enough to return to Rome, I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent location. Near coliseum and forum, also several notable churches including St. John Lateran and San Clemente. There's a Metro stop at the coliseum. Small full service grocery about two blocks away (Carrefour) open 24/7. And Celio is a lovely quiet neighborhood. Recommend Luzzi, a casual neighborhood restaurant with tables outdoors. (Order the fried artichoke as appetizer. Good pizza too.)

More staples in the kitchen would be nice - coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil. (Appreciate the washer-dryer and laundry detergent!👍🏼)

Highly recommend this property, if we return to Rome this would be our first choice.

Property was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Very well equipped, can’t think of anything that was missing. We had arranged transport from the airport through booking.com and Alessandro was waiting to check us in as we’d kept Weronika informed by text regarding our flight times and when we had left Ciampino Airport. Alessandro went through everything regarding the apartment and made sure we were happy before he left us. Location is 5 minutes from the Colloseum but the street location was very quiet. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby which cater for all tastes an budgets, there is also a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Nearest Metro station is about 10 mins walk.

My first city break, with great weather and a fab place to stay.

It was clean, the bed was comfy, and it had everything we needed. A great location, within walking distance to historic Rome. We were met at the property by Loredana and made to feel very welcome.

It was clean and comfy, very quite. We could check in earlier and Alessandro was really nice.

There were ants in the kitchen. Not a lot, but would be nice to get rid of them.

La ubicación, sobre todo. Muy céntrico. El aire acondicionado, necesario para poder descansar, ya que Roma tiene altas temperaturas en verano. El espacio , distribución y decoración del apartamento.

Tuvimos que pagar 25 euros de penalización por llegar después de las 20:00 hs, aunque no fuera nuestra responsabilidad, el avión llegó con retraso y llegamos lo antes posible. La falta de limpieza de la terraza. Es un espacio que no invitaba a estar.
