The staff was very helpful. Juliet helped us with everything we needed from organizing a trip to Volubilis to getting our laundry done.
We spend a lot of time on the roof top patio. It has comfortable furniture and multiple places to hang out. It was a very peaceful and restorative space.
The location is in the medina (so you have to do a short walk in). It is also very close to most of the attractions in Meknes.
Our room was lovely but had a few quirks. The first was that we were right outside of the "living room" area so it was a bit noisy at times. Also the room had no windows (which is fine) but to get air moving there were windows/doors into spaces that went up to the roof. No problem, but one space in the bathroom connected directly to the bathroom in the next room. So you could see the neighbour's shower. It just felt a little weird. Having said that, it wasn't a problem (no strange encounters) but just felt strange.

The location is in the center of the madina, the riad is well decorated, the beds are comfy and the breakfast excellent. The terasse is also enjoyable. Bader who works there is really nice and very helpful with everything you need.
Unfortunately we left the riad after the first night due to a very bad smell present in the room. We got offered to change rooms but that seemed to be the same everywhere. We didnt manage to get any refund for the 4 others nights that were paid. That is sad as it is a really nice place, without this bad experience it would have been a 10
$$$$
