Hassan was an excellent host - really pleasant (I expect generally hosts are all lovely, but Hassan spoke perfect English which obviously helps engagement (ref UK visitors with terrible language skills)). The Riad gives a bohemian vibe and is quite grand. The room we were in was quirky, in a positive way. The location from the parking and for the city is excellent. The beds were very comfortable with quality sheets etc. The breakfast was very good.
The AC was a bit mismatched in our room (the two single beds received full blast and the double not at all) but there was a fan for the double and for redistributing the AC and it wasn't a big deal. In value terms - we gauged it fair price.

Beautiful riad with a lovely atmosphere. The host was very kind and offered us tea and cookies when we asked for water on a very hot day. Breakfast was good. We traveled with kids.
The service was friendly, although a bit limited. We were traveling with children, and in our experience at other riads, staff often help us with our luggage to the parking area, so that was something we missed. We also noticed that there were no curtains in two windows, next to our bed, which made us feel less private and let in quite of light.
