Location and the rooms
Food was very tasty
We were accommodated in their extension building in which construction was going on
Hot water took a long time to arrive in the shower

Travelled with family to attend a seminar at Vibe Munnar resort and spa. Hotel gave us an upgrade to private pool villa as there were lot of guests attending the seminar. The room was spacious and offered a good view. Breakfast spread was good. The weather was cool in the evening though warm in the day time.
There was lot of delay for check in as the reception desk had not planned in advance for room allocation for all the guests attending the seminar. Poor planning and arrangement by the management and event organisers.
