Clean and neat
Food and there has to be proper stairs to claim up or to go down. It is steep and dangerous as ppl may fall

The pictures weren't justifying the reality. We didn't get exact pictures of the rooms we were given. The corridor outside our room were not good at all, which were nowhere in the pictures. And the location said Munnar, but it wasn't exactly in Munnar, it was hot in the location.
