Great location in the centre of KL, clean, few minutes walk from Petronas and metro, grocery store right down by the building
Could use more kitchen utensils & Cookware, but that was a minor issue

I booked 2 appointments for 7 (4+3).
The towels in my apartment were looking a bit worn and threadbare. The furniture in the room was also starting to show its age. Overall, the room was comfortable, but it would have been nice if the towels and furniture were a bit newer.
Low quality toilet paper.
Shampoo was refilled in old bottles, and it has low quality less foam.
This place should keep the rate they reach by taking care of facility management. They will drop down with this kind of treatment.
