as a property owner I would be very concerned that the property managers and cleaning crew are not doing their job.

location was pretty good

The hot water in the shower was scolding reaching a temperature of 136 degrees . The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged the electrical outlets next to the bed were open and dangerous. And we found bugs, including a bedbug on our bed. when we arrived there were wet towels in the washer, we had to dry and fold them.

Could have been nice but sadly it wasn't.

Nicely equipped, all around nice unit.

Heat did not work, no one at office anytime during my entire stay. TV does not receive local stations so no local news or weather reports. Called 800 number about lack of heat and was told someone would be there within 30 minutes. No one came. Waited 2 hours and called 2nd time and was told I would be called back with time someone would arrive, no one ever called back or came during my entire stay.

Well located unit, but not up to our standards.

Our unit came with a kitchen with newer appliances. We liked the location of the unit. It was very close to Trader Joe's and restaurants. It was very close to a bicycle and walking trail that we used often. We liked the patio and liked the large walk-in closet. The bed was comfortable. The complex was gated. There was a pretty good putting green with golf clubs and golf balls for practice. It was a quiet place. The unit looked like it was recently painted inside. We easily accessed the unit via the door code.

Upon walking into the bathroom to check it out, I heard a "pop" sound and realized a bulb had exploded in the light fixture, sending broken glass all over the sink and floor. Upon wiping up the glass on the floor, the damp paper towel I used was brown from dirt. I could not use the table lamp on my side of the bed. It would not turn on. I could not move it to another plug because the second plug was missing. In fact, there was no switch plate cover on the plug at all. In the dark almost stuck my finger in the hole trying to find a plug that worked. Some of the dishes in our cupboard had dried caked food on them. Some of the utensils were stained as if they were not washed before being put away. The nonstick frying pan was deeply scratched and needed replacing. The large painting showing in the picture on Booking.com was not hung on the wall. It was stored between the dining table and the wall. It was very dusty, looking as if it had been there for weeks. There was also significant dust in one of the air vents above the kitchen/dining area. It needed serious cleaning. Another bulb burned out in the bathroom fixture during our stay. I reported the broken and burned out bulbs and the dirty bathroom floor to the hosts and was told someone would come as soon as they could. No one ever came. A letter left attached to our refrigerator explained that there had been multiple reports of suspicious activity on the grounds. One neighbor reported that a car in the gated lot had been broken into recently. We did not feel comfortable using the pool or hot tub at night due to those reports. We felt that for the price we paid for the unit we should have had a cleaner, safer unit. I should have been able to read in bed. We will likely not stay there again.

Lovely location, nice gardens, apartment needs refreshment

It's next to the loop - where I cycled every day. The gardens are pretty.

Not that clean (see photo from behind the furniture), needs new bed clothes, no comfortable seat to sit in. No one is available on site. I was given an email address with instructions that Reyna would get back to me as soon as possible. I sent three emails during my 3 weeks stay and never received a reply.

Nice place. Great A/C. Very nice to be able to cook.

The reminder note to clean the shower left behind indicated thee shower never got cleaned.

Great place but aging electrical system.

No breakfast served. Lovely location near the Santa Catalina Foothills. The grounds were well kept and pleasant.

The power to the second bedroom went off when the vacuum cleaner was turned on. We found the circuit breaker which was tripped but it did not retire power to the room. We had the hosts respond and come quickly but couldn’t find a solution. On Monday, the maintenance man came and also found no solution. They said they would call an official electrician. My stay ended 4 days later with no electricity to the second bedroom. If the repair could have occurred in a more timely manner, my stay would have been exceptional.

Comfortable stay for our college tour activity

The location was close to everything we needed. The area was quiet and peaceful.

The apartment could have been cleaned a bit better. Shower walls had soap scum that made it smell sour. Walls in the living room/kitchen had stains from liquids that could have been cleaned. Dishes could have been cleaned better as well. The shower faucet was a little tricky to keep temperature regulated.
