It is a great place to get away. However, it is best for those who want to golf. We do not golf. They are very responsive to problems with the unit.
I had requested a room with a view of the mountain. We got it, but it was on the first floor facing the open field where people would gather right outside our door to the patio with their children to place ball. At one point we had people sitting in our balcony chairs who left garbage on the outside table. It was never cleaned while we were there.

Family loft suite had plenty of space and was clean. The grounds of the property are well kept and a pleasure to walk around. Room was quiet and pool was enjoyable after hot day sightseeing.
Impossible to get large suitcase up the spiral stairs so be aware of that. Property is well maintained although fairly dated.

A huge Thank you to the entire Ventana staff for your incredible hospitality! From the moment I arrived until the time I left, everything was absolutely amazing. The Lodge is beautiful, the rooms were exceptional, and every staff member made me feel so welcomed and cared for. This was my first time visiting, and it definitely won't be my last. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful and memorable experience!
