The staff was very courteous and always in a good mood; they were always available via WhatsApp and very helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and filled with natural light. We even got offered a floating breakfast. đ
Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We didn't like the sandy path leading to the room, and the private pool and hot tub weren't clean enough. The pool was even a bit greenishâwe switched rooms because of that, but the second one had the same problem, so we didn't feel like complaining anymore. We didnât like the breakfast system: You had to choose your meal and specify the time one day in advance (which is actually okay, since it reduces waste), but you could only choose one item, and some of the portions were a bit too small. Also, the restaurant doesnât offer cappuccino or similar drinksâjust black coffee made with a French press.
