We had a lovely stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the warmth and kindness of the staff. From check-in to check-out, every person we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their kindness made our stay particularly memorable, and we truly appreciated the care they showed us throughout our time there.
One of the things we loved most about the location was wonderful cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There were many great places to eat and have coffee nearby, which made the location very convenient and enjoyable.
When we first arrived, there were a few issues with our initial room. However, the staff responded immediately and kindly moved us to another room. What really touched us was that they even offered my husband and me a complimentary lunch as a gesture of goodwill. We were very grateful for how thoughtfully they handled the situation. It really showed how much they cared about their guests’ experience.
There are a few areas that I think could be improved. The shared swimming pool is located very close to the kitchen, which made the pool area feel less inviting and, personally, didn’t make me feel particularly motivated to swim. And the overall ambiance of the hotel is a bit dark (not much sunshine coming through in communal areas).
The breakfast was also just okay. The bread, fresh fruit juice, and coffee could be improved in terms of quality and variety. There were also quite a few menu options that came with crispy bacon as a standard ingredient. It would be nice to have more flexibility to choose alternatives such as ham, beef, or chicken. The breakfast portions were also a little on the small side.
Overall, despite these minor areas for improvement, we really enjoyed our stay. The exceptional friendliness and genuine hospitality of the staff made a lasting impression on us, and we are very grateful for how well we were looked after. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay special.

The bed was noisy and the carpet is uncomfortable to walk on apart from that it was great
