Jaques was always on hand to answer our questions, assist us with our French, give recommendations and chat. The property is gorgeous, and very clean and comfortable. It was a warm home away from home. A delicious breakfast served in the garden was fabulous. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and to the train station. It was great to stay in a part of Paris that is not touristy, we felt like we were seeing the real Paris and Parisians. Nearby île de la jatte, where the impressionists had loved to paint, was a lovely walk. We thoroughly recommend l’hôtel Particulier.

Like a home with a bit of boutique hotel feel. Personally and pleasantly welcomed by the owner unlike rental places. Not like a standard hotel chain. Having an elevator was great for elderly guests. Breakfast in the garden. Typical bourgeois Parisian house.
I would have liked to feel that some rooms had had a bit more of fresh air, air conditioning is great but the atmosphere in some rooms was a bit too dry. Price a bit high.

Beautiful building with a lovely host. Perfectly situated 15 minutes from Paris by train. (Which is just around the corner) great bed, shower and breakfast. Garden was a pleasure to eat in. A little oasis in the city.

We loved the area it was located in and the easy walking access to other businesses. The Hotel was a mixture of old and new house design and we found it very accommodating and delightful!
