The location was perfect, exactly opposite the hospital where we were visiting a sick child. The staff were exceptional and allowed a bit of a Le away coming and going from the hospital. Thank you 🙏
There were no lamps beside the bed and the light switch was the other side of the room so we had to sleep with the television on and turned to mute so we could see our way to the bathroom in the night

Location was a plus. We were visiting family in Wellington Hospital which was situated across the road. Access to bus and taxis very easily accessible.
We had booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed in the lounge. The sofa bed in the lounge was very uncomfortable, very low mattress that you could feel the springs of the sofa through it. No extra blankets or pillows were provided. The towels were very thin obviously haven't been renewed for some time as some were stained rather badly. The whole place is in need of some upgrading, even paint work and decor very outdated. You pay good money for accommodation and expect it to be of a reasonable standard.
