Great location, pet friendly and EV charging right outside front door
Restaurant portions were very big. I wasn’t very hungry so I just ordered entrees & salad. The same uninspired salad was on all 3, tomatoes straight from the fridge, cold & tasteless. Felt bad about so much food waste

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We had an executive king room which was large and had a lovely big bed. The room had air conditioning which made it even more comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is recommended.

The hotel is in a quiet area (not a commercial centre) The room was spacious (extra king size) and comfortable. Communication before hand was excellent. There are spa facilities on site but we did not use. Staff are very helpful. The evening dinner service is good value for money and good quality. There is a bar and working spaces too. We slept very well.
Two main issues affect our score. First the breakfast was below what I’d expect in this class of hotel. The “hot” food was cold and lying in greasy water. Bacon was all stuck together and undercooked. Had to ask for scrambled egg that was not stone cold. Couldn’t see where to boil an egg -the only other option. Staff did not explain or introduce the self serve system. Had to search for milk etc. Very limited choice of everything. Only good thing was fresh orange juice machine. Not much offered in way of pastries etc. (one cake) and have honestly had better in 2* hotels. No tomatoes. Basic continental options. This offering really let the hotel down. At the price charged, I’d say eat elsewhere even if it means getting in a car. We ate what was ok and left.
Second, the hospitality tray. One wooden stick for all drinks. Unhygienic. No milk and no black tea. Yes, a coffee pod machine is provided but little else so be prepared!
(It isn’t all that clear on the details but the fridge etc is only provided in the apartments. No iron.Mercure does much better!)

The hotel is nice and in a quiet area in Rouen. We have a dog and the surroundings of the hotel are perfect for a walk with the dog. Next visit we skip the restaurant and find a meal in the neighborhood.
The diner in the restaurant was very disappointing. Fish meal and fishburger were not tasteful and definitely a few days old. The staff had really issues to anticipate on my wife’s request for gluten free options (pre announced with reservation), they just removed gluten ingredients without presenting an alternative. It’s just so simple for a qualified chef to give alternatives and you do your client a favor that would be highly appreciated.
