Steps from train station. Friendly, welcoming staff. Great room, comfy bed. Kept our luggage safely when we went to Giverny before departing. Great value.
It was a little hard to see the sign, but once we found it, we were very impressed with the place.

Room and bed comfort. Quiet surroundings. Excellent for couples. Few minutes walk from Rouen train station.
Would have appreciated being told in advance about the pre-authorisation hold on credit card.

Friendly staff
Location was further away from centre than expected according to other reviews. Air con was inadequate and it was HOT!
