All the staff we we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Kaly was on reception for the 3 days of our stay and she was very welcoming, pleasant and she told us about the Son et Lumiere at the Cathedral which was a highlight of our stay. Really liked the location so close to the Seine and the old city.

The location and breakfast are great. The supermarket is close to the hotel.
The beds are comfortable, the windows reduce the outdoor noise very well.
The bathroom is spacious enough and has storage capacities.
There is enough of dishes in the kitchen.
There is laundry room where you can wash your clothes for 6 Euro per washing cycle.
The hostess requested an advance payment (150 Euro for 3 nights) that is supposed to be paid back to us after the check out.
We were asked to throw away all trash before the check out.
We were warned that there will be no room cleaning during our stay. The reason for all that - "because it's an aparthotel".
The hair dryer is terribly uncomfortable, I don't recommend anyone with long hair to use it.
It would be nice to provide salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen.
I really missed the shoe horn in the entry zone.

Kevin was lovely but gave no directions for how to get to the lift in the garage. The signs were ridiculously complicated.
Location was fabulous.
Garage worked well.
Pillows were awful.
The room was too hot with no ventilation.
Worst of all the bathroom was filthy.
It had obviously not been cleaned properly in a long time. Built up grime, Hair and general dirt everywhere.!
