A spacious, very clean apartment in an elderly person's building. Lovely bathroom. Good bedroom with comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space. Balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a real bonus. Situated about a 20-25 minutes easy walk to the centre of Rouen. The neighbourhood is vibrant and colourful. Huge market on a Saturday.
A bit lacking in kitchen equipment, not even a corkscrew. As it is next to a fairly busy road, it can be a bit noisy. Putting the shutters down at night helped.

The apartment was large, clean, modern and well presented with a good shower and well equipped kitchen. The parking underground is secure.
We were due to visit Rouen during an unprecedented heatwave. In advance of our stay we contacted the property to ask if there was air-conditioning, and if not, how were they keeping the room cool. We were told that the rooms didn't have aircon, but the rooms were kept cool with shutters and that a portable aircon unit could be provided. When we arrived to check in we were informed that there were no aircon units and no fans, and offered a can of face mist. We tried to buy a fan from the local supermarket but they were sold out. We spent the evening in the lobby area which is air-conditioned but room was unbearable in the heat and we had to cut our stay short.
It is worth noting it is a bit weird that the apartments are in an old people's home, but we really enjoyed meeting the residents and their pet dogs. The area the apartments is in is quite deprived and close to a shelter, so we were a little uneasy about walking out at night.
