Boas condições de limpeza, excelente climatização, boa decoração, edifício muito agradável e sossegado, casa bem equipada (eletrodomésticos, loiça, entretenimento), varanda muito agradável, espaço exterior partilhado mas bem mantido (incluindo a piscina).
Boa localização, boas sugestões de restauração.
Pessoas simpáticas e disponíveis para ajudar, boa comunicação.
Garagem curta para o carro.
Pequenos detalhes de manutenção nos interruptores e iluminação (nada de grave, nem de desconfortável ou que tenha causado transtorno).

Apt was very nice comfortable and clean.
Kitchen well equipped.
If you want to meet British people The Esplanade cafe on the front was friendly.
Up hill from seafront, we stopped at fire station for last drink, 2.20 for a pint.
Don’t be afraid they let a siren off every dat at 12 noon.
To get into the apt entrance was annoying up and down various stairs, sensor lights went off before you got to last lot of stairs.
