Easy access for a busy person like me, transportation is accessible, near malls, public market, and near to my workplace.
I have requested to clean our room twice, but no one comes so we just manage to do it ourselves.

Booked an exec room, but there were issues, the staffs and manager we're very helpful and manage to resolve the issues. Customer service is their top priority.
At the time the lifts wasn't working, and although it is going through renovations, its a budget hotel so don't expect too much.

Lovely staff very friendly, great location, the AC was strong and worked very well, room was a good size

It’s located near a shopping mall.
No cable TV which is unbelievable. Everyone has smart TV and this hotel does’t even have cable TV. The elevator not working, and they have given us bath towels that have holes!
