Great but not spectacular nor luxurious

Location out of bloody taxed -by over 200€/300€- restricted ZBE Madrid areas. Very nice loft, building and neighborhood. Pretty well and truly comfy and spectacular first view of the living room loft Nice swimming pool specially after an extra hot August journey in Madrid

Not that clean -specially terrace, with damaged woods and dust on outdoor lounge-, some damaged stores and tails, just 2 forks!!, no salt and oil little amenities although beside supermarkets so easy to solve. Rest was pretty well and truly comfy and spectacular first view of the living room loft

Nice, big, gated inner city apartment, but way too warm in June, even with ACs blowing full blast!

I liked the layout of the living room, kitchen and loft bedroom. I liked the big patio. I liked the complex and parking garage. Groceries, restaurants and other sites were within walking distance. It appeared to be a safe inner city neighborhood and the complex was quiet and gated.

It was much too warm in the apartment, which appeared to be because of the translucent roof, which allowed too much heat to come through. I didn't like the very tiny second bedroom - just big enough for a twin bed. Check in procedures were way too complicated (lots of documentation to fill out before I could get the info to enter the gate). Clothes dryer did not work. The TV needs to be bigger because it is so far from the couch. I would not consider staying here again unless they fixed the roof/heating issue.

Great experience for a family of 4.

The space, the location, and the staff. Very prompt replies.

We stayed for 2 weeks and we hope there is cleaning scheduled at least once a week. There were no extra sheets to change so I brought my own. The dryer doesnt work in winter as clothes are atilp damped after drying for 2 cycles. We didnt understand the heating system so the room upstairs is always too warm, and downstairs too cold. Disposing waste is a chore as the bins do not come everyday at 2000hrs as stated. Sometimes we had accumulate our rubbish for 3-4 days.
