Facilities not as advertised

Clean and located near shops, bars.

Advertised with a swimming pool, arrived and was only told it’s closed after checking in. Poor as there is a team of people managing these listings and properties. Also no description or map how to reach the gym or advertised facilities. The address on the listing was different to the one I was staying in, confusing access.

We booked an apartment because we saw they offered a free bed for my 15-year-old son, but they said it was just a small sofa, which was very uncomfortable for him. So we applied for a refund, but they haven't approved it and are very uncooperative. They told us to contact Booking.com, which in turn told us to contact the property management. They also direct customers to third-party links to pay a higher price than the Booking.com booking. The refund application has been pending for over a week. In short, they are very unprofessional and uncooperative, and should be banned from providing services. Calling the police would be a decision many customers would know to make.

Vajilla escasa y limpieza pésima. Tanto todo el interior como alrededor del felpudo estaba sin barrer, ya no digo suelos fregados, y en el baño había pelos y restos de pestañas postizas.
