Great location, not too far away from train stations and also the busy nighttime area with loads of restaurant options. A great breakfast, the bed was comfortable and they have luggage storage.

Great price and cleanliness. Everything I needed was there.
I don’t know it was other guest or just people outside, but there were some ppl loud. It sounded far enough so it was alright.

Location was ok. Not very close walking distance to train lines. The area is not the cleanest and the area isn’t very family friendly (Shinjuku) room was reasonably ok however the bed was extremely uncomfortable very hard. Also the reservation was for 2 people they only provided one pillow and one of everything I.e. towels etc. staff were helpful but didn’t come across as friendly and approachable.
