The location was closer to the town centre. Breakfast was fantastic and rooms are very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very spacious room which was clean and with a nice bathroom. The food in the restaurant was superb and very authentic Sri Lanka cuisine. The waiters where extremly friendly. Very nice garden and swimming pool.

We had to book this hotel last minute because the other one we've had originally was disgusting.
Upon arrival just 20 mins after booking, the manager checked us in in quite fast
Rooms were spacious and had good mountain view
Breakfast is continental, but portions are good
Swimming pool looked good, however we didn't try because of the weather
Be very careful with the reservation price!!!
They tried to charge me 2x of the amount of my reservation on Booking using different excuses:
1. Pretending my rate was for one night (when it clearly said "total for 2 nights")
2. Claiming there's an alleged 100% tax on the room price
I had to spend 1 hour of precious time to explain over and over that upon arrival, I sent the confirmation from booking.com to the manager and they accepted it, so that's the price I'll pay and not a cent more
I advice everybody to pay UPFRONT upon check-in, not to wait for the check-out when they try to ovecharge you
