Friendly staff with a good amount of English making the check in/ check out process nice and easy. Room is cleaned every 3 days at a preferred time which is appreciated.
The room has good air-conditioning so it's great when trying to hide from that August heat.
The TV was quite small with only a few channels the majority seeming to not work at all, not a big deal as you're usually not in the hotel room anyway but a slightly newer TV preferably a smart TV that has access to youtube would be a big improvement to the experience within the room itself.
The washing machine/dryer costs 700 yen to use accepting 100 yen coins. I found the price to be quite expensive for this and also slightly tedious to go get 7 100 yen coins.

Breakfast was buffet style and tasted good, the hotel is located close by to den den town and a few other prime locations
Room can feel a little cramped, not for people who suffer from claustrophobia

Great location - close to metro station and lots of shops and restaurants. Reception and breakfast areas were modern and inviting. The hotel was good value for money overall.
Small room and bathroom, not enough room to open suitcases on floor. Breakfast wasn’t great for the price - not a huge selection and it didn’t seem good value for money. Also our room kept getting a smoke smell wafting through, not sure where this was coming from but we kept having to spray room spray to help with the smell.
