The location is brilliant, right in the centre of Denden Town, between Nipponbashi station and Ebisucho stations, easy to access any major attractions in Osaka. Namba station and Dotonbori are within walking distance. Staff at the hotel are all very friendly and extremely polite. The complimentary drink machine is definitely a big bonus and the toiletries sample bar is wonderful. Breakfast is mainly Japanese style food items with some bread or buns. I love it that they even have udon noodle soup included. There are also quite a few good restaurants nearby. And the famous Kuromon market is just a few blocks away. But I'm pleasantly surprised by how close it is to the Sennichimae market and love it. My husband, being a huge model fan, finds Jungle next to the 7-11 downstairs is absolutely his favourite place in Osaka, full of great value model kits and figurines. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would happily book it again if we're visiting Osaka again in the future.
Room is very compact. It would be nice if it were a bit bigger but we knew it when we booked it so no complaints.

Excellent location near Dotonbori. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check in so we could explore freely.

Good location. Affordable. Breakfast ok.
Very dated. Beds pretty uncomfortable and bathroom was too small. For 3 there is not enough space in the room. Breakfast room (coffee shop) too small to be able to deal with everyone.
