Great space! Loved the communal areas as well could spend lovely time all together. Kitchen is a great size too.
The WiFi did not work and the property was quite dirty - lots of dust everywhere, kitchen utensils greasy and bathrooms not that clean. Communication with the agents was awful - they would never reply to me unless I got Booking.com customer service involved so even though I submitted issues within 24h of arrival eg. about WiFi not working, no one replied to me even a week after we stayed. I also requested a cot for my baby to which they agreed but at the point of check in they said it wasn’t available which left us in an awkward situation as if they mentioned it before our arrival we would have made other arrangements.

A fantastic property, really comfortable, spacious and amazing location. Massimo was really helpful and gave us some great recommendations plus organised us a good airport transfer.

1. The very central location within easy walking distance of everything in the historic centre.
2. Annabel, who kindly checked me in was lovely, and super helpful.

4. The apartment is very spacious.
1. The property looks good in photos, but in reality much of the furniture, the beds and the bedding were not high quality).
2. Maintenance is poor eg. the footstool at the bottom of my bed had a broken leg and would have collapsed if anyone had sat on it; one of the attachment points for the toilet seat in my bathroom had broken so the seat moved alarmingly when sat upon; many light bulbs weren't working.
3. The beds were rock-hard and didn't have any mattress toppers or mattress protectors to soften them (the sheet went straight on the mattress) and the pillows were also very uncomfortable.
4. There were no blankets or duvets in the apartment, so I had to ask for one to be dropped off as it was chilly at night.
5. There were no spare toilet rolls (something I have never come across in 30 years of extensive travelling!) so I had to ask for some to be dropped off.
6. During school hours (there is a school on the opposite side of the private courtyard), there's a lot of noise.
7. Privacy is poor as downstairs the only natural light comes through the glass entrance doors, but if you have the curtains open, gardeners and other residents of the courtyard can see straight in (and no bathrobes were provided).
8. There is noise from the apartment above.
