The area is quiet, the parking is easy and secure, the views from the rooms are beautiful.
The host was lovely and welcoming; the rooms were clean and comfortable.
We were hesitant about the breakfast arrangement (you get a voucher you can use in one of the 3 cafes in town), but we actually had a pleasant experience (and lovely food) there as well (we chose Bar Quinto).
If ever in the area (visiting Serravalle Outlet) again, we would stay there again.
(The pictures in booking.com do not do the property justice - the reality is much better).
The only thing to improve is the information that the bottled water in the fridge is for a fee.
That was unexpected, as usually that is something offered for free. We only found out after we started looking for the price for the local wine (and of course we later paid for both the wine and the water). Still - just place the pricelist in the fridge for future guests.

everything was amazing. the apartment was very clean, the air was fresh, rooms very very comfortable and clean. the view from the window was fabulous, you can see the lake and enjoy the grape yards.

We arrived quite late so didn’t meet our hosts until the morning. The room was very nice, good beds, with much appreciated AC in the blistering heat. There was no breakfast at the B&B but a voucher to eat at three choices of cafe’s locally was given to us in the morning. The host was very friendly.
Although there was a kettle and a few options to make warm drinks, we did not find any coffee before driving for breakfast. Some recommendations of where to eat locally would be great.
