The location is the best part of the hotel
First of all, the staff that was in reception the day I checked in, they gave me a key that didn't open the door, I had to go back and ask for another or get it activated, then the voucher with the WiFi password was already expired but I just realized of it 2 days later when a run out of data, the girl in reception told me that I have received and expired password, which made me think that it wasn't and accident, instead it was totally in purpose. How don't you know that there's another new password when you work for the hotel?
Another point was the shampoo and body cream dispenser. Both of them were broken, honestly I didn't even bother in let hotel staff know about it.
There's no room service, and the breakfast is just decent.
Some reception staff could be a little bit more friendly.
My experience was just ok, but I you ask me, I would think twice in making another reservation.
