Wasn't worth the money at all

Television was broken when we arrived WiFi didn't work full time we were there report problems all throughout our stay and nothing got done.

Nice place but not good hosts,

The place had lots of space and was nicely decorated.

Communication with the hosts was not good at all and we couldn't even get in the front door for over an hour as there was no fob left in the keysafe. Tried ringing both numbers but no answer, left a voicemail but nobody got back to me, emailed but nobody replied. The next day when I got through to someone they said they would sort the door fob out for us but nobody did all week! We had walk around the back and got through a fire exit door next to the back of Mcdonalds back entrance.

We had no problem to extend our stay for one more day.

When we tried to check into the apartment no one left us the keys so we stayed on a hot line for a few minutes. The apartment was not cleaned and smelled very bad. After our complaints, it was cleaned for next day.

Very poor

I got locked in the main bathroom for 3/4 hr while waiting for someone to get me out because handle was broken from inside . No hot water in the main bathroom shower. Big hole in side of bath . Bedside lamps over near door in second bedroom. Only two cooking pots , one very small . Really dissatisfied .

We had no problem to extend our stay for one more day.

When we tried to check into the apartment no one left us the keys so we stayed on a hot line for a few minutes. The apartment was not cleaned and smelled very bad. After our complaints, it was cleaned for next day.
