Located in Es Migjorn, a large village/small town 5km from the seaside resort of Sant Tomas. The apartment is in a quiet street in the centre and the nearby residents local and extremely friendly.
Three local bars and two small supermarkets within a few hundred metres.
Apartment decorated to a high standard and very comfortable.
Used the apartment on numerous occasions and difficult to fault.
Few local buses during the closed season.

Nous avons été logés dans l'appartement Ca na Kika 5. Tout était parfait, décoration remarquable, tous les équipements nécessaires, climatisation…
Un séjour vraiment agréable se prolongeant par une petite terrasse, dans la mignonne petite ville d'Es Migjorn Gran, très bien située pour visiter l'île.
Parking facile et gratuit a proximité.
Toni a été un hôte particulièrement réactif qui a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour.
La rue est calme, que demander de plus !

Apartamento precioso en un pueblo muy acojedor y centrico, con posibilidades a viajar a cualquier punto de isla en media hora. Este tiene todo para cocinar y aire acondicionado que en verano se valora mucho! Lo mejor de todo el trato hospitalario, cercano y amable. Desayuno fresco de cada dia. Todo esto hace que la experiencia en Ca na Kika sea autentica e inolvidable!

L'appartement climatisé est dans une rue pietonne très calme. Il très très bien décoré et très propre.L'équipement est top , lave vaiselle, lave linge et seche linge (il manque un etandage). La litterie est top. Beaucoup de vaiselle à dispo. Petite terasse style patio très agréable le soir. Tony est très sympa! L'appartement est situé au centre de l'île et permet de se rendre partout en 30 ou 40 minutes en voiture. On peut se garer sur une petite place à 5 minutes à pied. Attention au radar dans la rue!! On reviendra un jour!
