Description and picture are deceiving

Deceiving advertising as this looks like the balcony for unit 708 but there isn't a balcony on any units at this condo building. Description states this studio features a private pool but there isn't a private pool. Management won't do anything because I booked through Booking.com. Contacted Booking.com and requested refund so I could relocate to a place with a balcony, they refused however gave a 10% credit for a future reservation which is useless as I will never use Booking.com again. Need to give their AI agent your confirmation and pin numbers to talk to a human but they had their AI agent unable to recognize my confirmation and pin numbers so it repeatedly hung up and unable to speak with anyone other than the first call which was minutes after checking in. Worst customer service ever. The unit itself is small with the smallest kitchen sink I've ever seen, squeaky bed frames with sagging mattresses, has an old rusty beach chair that got rust all over a white cover up. Most disappointing rental ever, going forward I will book directly with the hotel, not a third party nor for a falsely advertised condo.

Terrible service with rental company, don’t recommend

Pros: Great location, affordable, AC worked great, smart TV, nice size for two people, nice view of the beach.

Cons: I never received the door code to get in and was left on hold for over 30 minutes trying to reach the rental company (AVARI) before they finally gave me the code because they did not answer in the chat. I called several different numbers that were listed on the rental. They recently changed rental companies (used to be Vacasa) and haven’t updated their phone numbers or signage inside the condo. The address listed in the instructions was also wrong. When we finally get to the room it took several tries on the key pad with our code because it’s a faulty keypad. And I brought up my concerns with the company via their chat and never got any resolution, just automated replies. The room was mostly clean but we saw what appeared to be a dog turd under the bed.

The unit was beautiful, but not ocean front as advertised.. There was no private balcony.

I really thought it would have a balcony and be ocean front or at least ocean view. This one overlooks the parking lot and next building.
