El alojamiento es, simplemente, fantástico. Empezamos por la recepción: es un lugar amplio y cómodo, un avance de lo que te vas a ir encontrando según te adentres en el hotel. La habitación es grande, casi como una casa sin cocina, es amplia, bien distribuida, cuenta con un minibar. El baño es también muy amplio y te ofrecen distintos útiles de aseo personal, pues facilitando la comodidad del cliente por si se le olvida un cepillo de dientes o el champú, en definitiva, han pensado en todo. La piscina es un pequeño oasis de tranquilidad, no se escucha nada y, además, la piscina está calentita y no notas la diferencia térmica entre el exterior e interior de ella.
Sin duda, lo mejor que tiene este hotel es el personal, haciendo especial mención a Dn. Pedro, recepcionista. Con este comentario le hago llegar al hotel que mi experiencia no ha sido maravillosa por las instalaciones que también, sino porque tiene al frente de este hotel un personal extraordinario, que hacen que la experiencia sea aún mejor, si cabe. Sin ninguna duda estamos deseando volver.

Lo mejor del alojamiento sin duda ha sido el trato que hemos recibido por parte del personal. Especialmente por parte del equipo del restaurante capitaneado por Carolina. Agradecimos especialmente el trato de todos los camareros y cocineros que prepararon postres pasteurizados especiales para mi mujer que está embarazada y nos ofrecieron toda la información posible sobre los quesos con el fin de minimizar riesgos.

We stayed at the Royal Level and this is highly recommended as it was a lot more quiet and a more relaxing stay.
The property was really well kept and clean, the rooms were nice a spacious and the beds were comfortable and the pool area was really amazing with lots of chairs available.
The food was good we loved the breakfast as well as the lunch menu and the dinner was also good with lots of variety.
The best part of the hotel was the service which was incredible. Luisa who was serving drinks at the pool was amazing and made our stay at the hotel really nice! The staff at the reception and restaurant were also very kind and helpful!
Everything was absolutely amazing!
One small thing was that there was no option for one king bed so we had to take 2 beds which were pushed together.

Hotellialue on iso mutta Adults only puoli pienempi ja siistimpi. Urheiluaktiviteetteja tarjolla pitkin päivää, myös crossfitiä. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Huone 7.kerroksessa oli oikein rauhallinen. Juniorsviitti tilava ja siisti. Parvekkeelta näkyi merelle asti.
Hotellialue on iso ja Adults only alueen uima-altaalle kuuluu jonkin verran viereisen hotellin mökä.

Amateurs de Crossfit, cet hôtel est pour vous !
Super salle extérieure au fond du jardin et surtout super coach Pedro ! Son coaching personnel restera notre meilleur souvenir de cet hôtel. Dommage que nous n’ayons pu faire qu’une seule séance.
Autre point fort de cet hôtel, les piscines, notamment la grande et jolie piscine du Royal Level.
Première déception à notre arrivée le samedi soir : l’espace Crossfit est fermé le dimanche et le lundi… et nous n’avons pas été informé de cela alors que nous avions réservé jusqu’au mardi.
Autre déception concernant le « Royal Level » : ce n’était pas au niveau du Royal Level de Lanzarote, que ce soit au niveau de la nourriture, des chambres, de la vue ou de la situation géographique (plages non accessibles à pieds). Mais nous avons quand même passé un agréable séjour.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal fantastisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Schöne zimmern und die Anlage war sehr gut. Ich habe auch den Pool sehr gemütlich gefunden.
Smoothies und die frisch Säfte waren sehr wässrig und hat keine Geschmack.

The constant cross-fit class availability. The instructor was very knowledgeable and pulls no punches.
Coffee delivery took far too long, on one occasion we had finished our breakfast, 40mins. Hash browns an fried eggs took far to long to be replenished too.

Mini Bar wird nicht automatisch nachgefüllt. App Bestellung am Pool musste ich mehrere mal selber an der Bar abholen. Nur einige (5-6) Parkplätze am Hotel. Strand ca.1.5km entfernt. Shuttle vorhanden.

Large room, grounds well kept.
The exclusive pool was not exclusive, anyone from the main hotel could access this and staff did not stop them, so not as advertised. No welcome drink on arrival as advertised. Breakfast was chaotic, tables not cleared and was not offered coffee or juice like other tables were. Took 20 mins to flag a member of staff to actually stop and serve us despite restaurant not that full. Didn’t go back to the breakfast after first morning as service so bad.

For breakfast there is a wide choice for everyone's taste. Location is perfect, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Just right in front of the hotel there is supermarket as well. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy.
The water temperature was a little cold for me. Bike should be taken up to the room, could have been better to leave it down, however there was plenty of space for it in the room/terrace.

Dostaliśmy pokój na pierwszym piętrze z widokiem na zaplecze, gdzie personel palił papierosy, przewoził i wystawiał kosze z brudną pościelą i ręcznikami(co było bardzo głośne i uciążliwe).Widok był bardzo nieprzyjemny i zniechęcał do przebywania na balkonie. Uważam, że cena za pokoje w tej okolicy hotelu powinna być niższa niż w innej a nie była. (Nasze dzieci miały identyczny pokój na tym samym piętrze z pięknym widokiem na strefę Royal level, a zapłaciłem za niego tyle samo) .

Desayuno maravilloso. Piscinas muy limpias y habitaciones modernas, cuidadas y silenciosas. Mil gracias al personal, desde Julia a la que saludé el primer día, a Fran que nos recibió en recepción super profesional y Jonathan en desayunos y cenas, super amable.

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y el servicio es bueno. Mi Junior Suite espaciosa.
Lo único que me precio mal es que las camareras de piso se comunican a chillidos de un lado a otro de la planta y no fui breve chillido, conversaciones enteras y hasta oyéndose perefectamente las llamadas de los móviles y los mensajes. Lo expuse en recepción porque es una pena porque el hotel está estupendo y el servicio

La atención del personal, todos muy amables . La limpieza en general. Las habitaciones con la reciente reforma son muy cómodas y modernas . Que tiene aparcamiento privado .La comida muy buena . El buen estado de las instalaciones y las zonas comunes.. La app Barceló es excelente. Los cocineros y personal de restaurantes muy muy amables .

Nos encantó todo en el hotel. El personal es muy amable, la comida es deliciosa y variada. Los desayunos son maravillosos. Para mí, fueron los mejores desayunos de todos los hoteles en los que he estado. El área es verde, limpia y acogedora. En el vestíbulo del hotel, siempre se puede tomar café, agua, refresco, cava o comer algo si te apetece. El gimnasio también está abierto las 24 horas. La piscina es muy buena, limpia y siempre hay hamacas y sombrillas. También puedes pedir cualquier bebida a través de la aplicación y te la traerán directamente a la piscina. Es muy comodo. Estamos muy contentos, muchas gracias al personal del hotel!

Staff were mostly extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was mostly good (although some food could be quite salty) really excellent breakfast and dinner spreads, and the lunch a la carte menu had a really nice range. We were impressed by range of food at dinner, the options changed on a daily basis and it was high quality too. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. You had three pools to choose from all with different atmospheres, so you could choose between a chill vibe or more energetic. They have some good activities they put on like SUP yoga and mojito workshops, they also had some Les mills exercise classes. It seemed like the staff and animation team put a lot of effort into ensuring the guests had a great stay. Overall, an excellent stay.
There was nothing we didn’t like. I would say all in all worth upgrading to royal level as I think the food and drink experience would have been quite different otherwise and you have access to another pool which I think made a difference to our stay.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everything was in perfect order and what I have to mention in particular is the great food in the restaurant reserved for guests from the Royal Level section.
