The facility was good and met expectations. We were the only guests so quiet. Breakfast was adequate.
No facility but Booking.com. After I made the booking, which I specifically did for the inclusion of breakfast, my husband found the same booking on booking.com cheaper. Then whist en route there we got a message that stated the "promotional" breakfast is not the standard breakfast and was limited. It should have been advertised as "promotional" breakfast and not breakfast included.

The breakfast was good. It was very quiet.
No one to greet me at booking in. The contact number rang unanswered for 15 minutes. No way to access the property to check in. Key to entrance not available. Although advertised, no TV. Only You Tube. Very little water pressure in the shower.

Very nice breakfast and place very easy to find
Room needed more natural light ( room 3) and two comfortable chairs to sit and relax in the room needed.

The broken front door and broken lock that was left ajar making the diningroom and breakfast cold.
