The location was lovely and peaceful, the bed was clean and comfortable. The lady who served at breakfast was really lovely, and the breakfast was good.
It needs decorating and painting, there was scuff marks here and there and the skirting board and dirty and scuffed also. The sink in the bathroom did not unplug easily.

Lovely location, staff friendly, bed comfortable. Enjoyable breakfast.
Crab crostini which was the highlight of my stay. Monkfish scampi was a close second.
Being woken up 3 times on the first night by the man next door urinating! Walls very thin.
Being sat next to the fire exit at dinner, considering I had to pay close to £100 for an adequate dinner (cassolet, with a tiny piece of cod and lacking in beans).
Paying extra for vegetables, the menu wasn't clear that vegetables came with my dish (Pork fillet which was delicious). Roasted root vegetables, and they were only carrots and were they roasted? I expected swede, parsnips, celeriac, etc.
