Location and apartment are great. The beds were comfortable as well.

Location and cleanliness

The key situation. We couldn’t figure out how to get in from the outside door. Someone was coming out and we were able to get in. We used the key for the rest of the trip.

False expectations and disappointing results.

The building is very attractive on the inside, and the beds are comfortable

I drink cold water from more than 24 hours. We were told that they had toiletries available and they were absolutely no toiletries. We were told that there’s a gym that’s available 24 hours and you can’t get into the gym unless you have a fingerprint and we can’t figure out how to get this done. Also lost power for more than six hours and the next day they had to shut the water off for about nine hours

Clean, comfortable, amazing location

Late check in, and early check out. Check in should be latest at 14:00. Check out can be 1 hour later. But official check in is certainly tooo late.
