The friendly welcome, all the staff were very helpful, comfortable bed, excellent shower and beautiful Italian toiletries. Great espresso coffee machine, and bottled water provided. Excellent breakfast, and the restaurant is highly recommended too - especially outside terrace seating. Thank you

Sehr schönes Hotel, neuwertige Zimmer. Das Frühstück war wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit Sicht auf Berge und Kühe. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Nur mit offenen Fenster und Ventilator konnte gekühlt werden. Es war ein heisser Sommer…

Unser Aufenthalt in der Auberge de la Croix‑Blanche fühlte sich an wie ein sanftes Herauslösen aus der Welt draussen. Schon beim Betreten unseres Zimmers spürten wir diese besondere, fast stille Grosszügigkeit: gross, hell, wunderbar weit, und so blitzsauber, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlte. Die Ruhe war tief und wohltuend, getragen vom zarten Gebimmel der Kuhglocken, das wie ein kleines Lied der umliegenden Wiesen tönte. Es war ein Ort, an dem man unwillkürlich langsamer atmet.
Am Abend entschieden wir uns für das Überraschungsmenü, und es wurde zu einem kleinen Fest für die Sinne. Jeder Teller war wunderschön angerichtet, mit einer Eleganz, die nie aufgesetzt wirkte, sondern aus echter Freude am Kochen entstand. Die Aromen waren harmonisch, klar, warm – und so fein abgestimmt, dass wir uns immer wieder ansahen und einfach nur lächelten. Es schmeckte grossartig, ein Genuss, der bleibt.
Die Weinbegleitung war perfekt ausgewählt, präzise abgestimmt, überraschend und doch vertraut. Jeder Wein öffnete eine neue Facette des Gerichts, als würde man eine zusätzliche Farbe in einem bereits schönen Bild entdecken. Es war ein Zusammenspiel, das uns beeindruckte.
Die Bedienung war von einer Herzlichkeit, die man nicht vortäuschen kann. Aufmerksam, freundlich, präsent – ohne je aufdringlich zu sein. Man spürt, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die Freude daran haben, Gästen einen besonderen Moment zu schenken. Jede Empfehlung war ein Treffer, jedes Detail liebevoll bedacht.
Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts blieb dieses seltene, kostbare Gefühl zurück: rundum glücklich zu sein. Die Auberge de la Croix‑Blanche hat uns nicht nur beherbergt, sondern berührt – mit Ruhe, Genuss, Wärme und einer Gastfreundschaft, die lange nachklingt.

Cuidado al detalle. Limpio, la comida ofrecida ( sobre todo cena) es excelente
Que no tenga aire acondicionado. El calor fué terrible, como para no volver jamás con tiempo caluroso, si eres español o de alguna otra nacionalidad acostumbrada al aire acondicionado. Ellos parecen sobrellevarlo con estoicidad. Para nosotros fue terrible.
Tampoco hay nevera en la habitación. El resto todo excelente
