Résidence la Réserve Genève Ferney Voltaire is an acceptable accommodation, ideal if you want to stay near the Geneva airport. The location is extremely convenient for travelers, and the staff was very helpful and willing to assist.
Τhe facilities and rooms are quite dated, and a renovation would be good. It covers basic needs for a short stay.

Mostly no hot water after 20:00 and our room at 3rd floor has issue with electricity

The location was great - a few mins walk from the bus stop. Close to supermarkets too, which was great. The pool area was nice enough, but not as nice as shown in the pictures. I think most of the pictures of the hotel were either very old, or edited. Good enough price for what it's worth, given the proximity to Geneva.
Issue on the first night where the hotel tried to double charge me, which took a while to resolve, but was eventually resolved after some back and forth. Staff kept telling us the cocktails were "cancelled" but no real reason (seemed like they didn't want to do anything). Rooms were very dirty, cobwebs, dust, etc. Toilet didn't flush very well. Mould in the showers. Beds not very comfy. Pictures of rooms and pool area not up to date (or heavily edited to look more modern/fresh). Cooking equipment was a bit dated but worked enough to cook.
