Good airport hotel. Very clean, well located, free airport transfer. Had everything in the room that you need (rare) - good soundproofing - room was really quiet/ good air con/ well thought out storage/ comfy beds /lights, switches and sockets in the right places/ nice bathroom/ great shower. Very helpful staff at reception. We would return here if we’re in Geneva again.
Breakfast - considering the high standards elsewhere in the hotel this was really poor. Food cold, unappetising eg bacon sat in pools of cold fat/ congealed eggs.

Security and location
Even if i booked the room with breakfast, they did not tell me my booking included it.. Finally they refunded my additional payment however i think they should tell me when i paid the breakfast cost in advance.

The room was comfortable &!the breakfast was ok
The self service check in at the main entrance was confusing & we weren’t aware the main reception was upstairs until a staff member told us as the self service check in wasn’t accepting our information.
When we arrived we asked about the shuttle bus times the next morning & reception advised the bus runs every 20 minutes.
We went downstairs at 9am to get the shuttle bus as we had to catch the 9.55am train to Zermatt but the driver told us he had a break until 9.50am which we told him was too late.
Therefore we had to go back up to reception to ask to get a taxi booked to take us to the station which cost us CHF28 which we were quite angry about.
If the hotel had told us there wasn’t a shuttle bus running from 9-9.50am then we would have went earlier to get the bus.
It’s not the drivers fault but the Hotel as we asked about the shuttle bus the night we arrived & also when we went for breakfast & were told the bus would be available.
In normal circumstances we would have walked to the station but we had heavy ski equipment to carry
