food wasn’t great in the restaurant but so many options outside the hotel which were amazing. Could do with more sun beds around the pool

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The hotel was quick to fix any problems we had with our room. Staff were very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool which was a good temperature for our little toddler.

The staff were extremely friendly and they made you feel that your stay there was a good experience with a high standard of customer service.

No laundry service. There were facilities to wash and dry clothes but as I was on holiday I didn't want to do any chores. It would have been nice to have had a laundry service. The fact that the hotel did not have room service was the biggest disappointment. Most 4 star hotels provide room service and this facility was greatly missed.

Everything!!! Small things like kind staff, an omelette bar, a clean lovely shower room to clean yourself after we checked out.

Wonderful view. Awesome breakfast buffet. Evening buffet good for the money. Friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious accommodation. Lovely swimming.

The sofa beds were not great but ok for children. Buffet got a bit samey after a week. Resort might be quiet for older kids or young adults!

Unfortunately the buffet dinner(not included) had no vegetarian choice. I pointed this out to the waiter ,said I could only eat carrots and potatoes, he walked into kitchen and I expected him to return with a veggie main option but he never came back to me. We ate elsewhere. Breakfast very good.

The breakfast was excellent and the view as well.

I had Studio 712 which was directly adjacent to studio 711. Between the two there is a very thin divider (probably used to be a real door there). Not only did the divider let in the light from the other studio (I could stick my finger in the crack), but let in every sound from the other room, and I mean EVERY sound! Luckily I had earplugs with me.

Spacious rooms, nice view, the shower was great! Generally, really quiet too until we could hear staff moving around about 8am (we were near the restaurant). Lovely breakfast and staff all very nice. Great location and it was a very peaceful and easy stay. No car park but easy parking nearby. Would stay again.

No service to room to change the towels or refresh the shower toiletries so needed to ask in reception for fresh towels etc (was given quickly though). No products for us to clean/brush the rooms after returning from the beach. We wouldn't have minded brushing around ourselves but cleaning/kitchenette items were basic and no cleaner came in during out stay so lots of sand. TV didn't pick up any channels, not an issue as don't really watch TV on holiday but others may find this a problem. Kitchenette basic - no bread board/knife etc to prepare food easily.

Spacious apartment, with a great location!

Big spacious apartments, and a huge balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Nice pool with decent kid area. Very friendly staff at reception who helped a lot with different things. Breakfast was ok, waiters seemed a bit tired and could have been a bit more welcoming. But great location tucked away from the main city area.

Staff at breakfast. Many stairs if you live on the higher floors. Especially with luggage and babystrollers.

Spacious and clean, the view from the large terrace was wonderful. There were comfortable sun loungers and a table and chairs on the terrace. The lounge has two sofas so lots of space to chill out. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Staying in October it was fairly quiet. Pool was nice. Friendly staff and when we had a problem with the fridge and water it was quickly dealt with. Small beach below the apartment and the larger one only a short walk away.

There was no coffee maker except an old fashion filter which one needed to buy filters for, not worth it only staying a few days. Suggest they supply a cafeteria.

Strong air conditioned sounds coming from neighbour hotel from same ownership. Was hard to sleep at night. Not enough equipment in the apartment, lack of dish soap, kitchen tools missing and cleaning did not include kitchen which was senseless because there was no tools to clean it.

Very nice place and kind stuff ( except one young receptionist who always appeared to be in a bad mood). Hotel is close to the beach and the village full of shops and restaurants. There are two very clean sandy beaches across the road (green flag). Good variety and quality of food. Lovely scenery. Nice pool and grounds around restaurant area. Lovely view over the sea from the living room. We loved our stay and would come back again.

We were unfortunate to have the room right above the hotel bar and restaurant, it was quite noisy at night time. Also the air quality in the rooms was not great, air-conditioning system seems to be a filter base which recirculates stagnant air … there was no breeze of the fresh air in the bedroom, we had a small bedroom window which was facing the internal staircases and it was a challenge to get some fresh air in the rooms. I imagine some other rooms are better positioned and wouldn’t have this problem. Next time we will ask for a better room.

Nice location.

We have been there some years ago, and the rooms are the same. It need new furniture and painting, the beds are not so good. -And it is a problem that it is okay to leave your towel on the sunbed early in the morning and have it the whole day, even you dont use it.

We stay here every few months and will keep returning. We adore San Telmo and the views from Don Camillo are exceptional. Always a pleasure to be here! We're back in September.

Very nice apartment. Very attentive and helpful staff. Smashing buffet breakfast and enjoyed both the poolside and proximity to the beach and town.

Steps from road to reception and up to room were a challenge but we knew there was no lift. We had to park in the town but again in fairness we were aware there was no car parking facilities at the hotel. Not sure how crowded the pool area would be in the high season,

Great location, nice view, huge terace, deliciuos breakfast (fresh and good products), simple and friendly staf, flexible rules-user friendly hotel. In general, small issues are to small and Hotel is woth all the money spent

Smell in the room and bathroom (bad ventilation) cleanlines in balcony can be better. Preparation (checking the room) before arrival would be good thing if you want to avoid some missing batteries in air cond.remote or linings. If guests are arriving late its not pleasant to go few times to reception. Car parking - would be great

Very big balcony just in front of the sea, amazing view any moment of the day. Clean, comfortable, 1 min from the beach. Nice big pool. I had a very good time there
