We are long time B n B users in many parts of the world. Simple things like chocolate chip cookies at the bedside in the evening, a front door code that was my last phone #s, and quick checks from the host that all was in order. They helped a senior citizen with luggage, provided intersting local info, and sent us on our way with muffins and sincere greetings!

Great location, beautiful home, Les and Ken have thought of everything a guest might need. The sitting room armoire is filled with board games, books and mini canteen for those late night snack attacks. The Red ♥️fridge is perfect for guests to keep drinks & snacks cold. The food was delicious from the bedtime homemade cookies to breakfast starting with hot coffee and warm blueberry muffins.
Truthfully there was’t anything we didn’t like, although we did find our mattress was a fair bit softer than we are accustomed to.

What a gem, beautiful home, comfortable and tastefully appointed and within walking distance of everything St Andrews has to offer. Les was a great host, making delicious and hearty breakfasts each morning, even offering tips on dining and events around town. Guest lounge was an added bonus including a well stocked fridge of beer and wine for guest use - nice touch.

I sooo appreciated a Bed and Breakfast that is not "precious" and contemporary in style and decor. The bed was very comfy and the location was fantastic, and close to walk to the Algonquin Hotel.
The hosts, Les and Ken, were welcoming and warm and served a generous breakfast.
