Jerry at the Check-in was Extremely Upbeat and friendly. Plus the 2 other gentlemen during the PM shift were SUPER Friendly and even went to get ice for me upstairs due to my sprained-ankle.

The bathroom door was hard to shut and noisy, i forgot to mention to the staff... Room 103

Location and view are amazing. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Could see they have updated various parts of the room but not everything yet. Pool had a great view a little worn but clean!

Parking is limited on site but there were options for free parking on the road. Walkout area needs a few repairs.

So close to everything! We parked the car and walked everywhere.

The view from the balcony was outstanding. Absolutely beautiful! The shower was also good even though the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. There were several small bottles available under sink, but I had to leave shower to retrieve them. Also, the faucet is at the wrong end of the shower. You have to be actually in the shower before turning the water on and adjust water temperature.

Room decor was dreadful. Desk was worn out, one piece of "artwork" was hung too high and crooked. Coffee maker power cord didnt reach outlet and was filled with old water from who knows when. 2 chairs in room didnt match. Pillows were small and square and not fluffy. Beds were mediocre. TV needs an upgrade. Old fashioned cable box just dangling from wall. Needed 2 remotes to operate it. Hole in bathroom wall with tape over it. Plenty of dirt and hair behind toilet and beds. Lighting in room was horrendous. It would be great if surgery was being performed. Not warm at all. AC unit was loud. Could hear the units from other rooms. Plain only doughnuts available for breakfast were inedible.
