Good hotel, friendly service

Bed was super comfortable Friendly staff Overall clean room

The blinds/shades were not great There was no refrigerator in the room The staff did not check if we needed any additional towels or care items.

i wanted to change hotels so bad

location

rooms are very deteriorated. our AC was broken, the bathroom table under the sink broke and the entrance door. it was a very bad experience

Will look elsewhere next time

Location was great. Bartender was very nice and helpful. Valet attendant was great.

Lady at the front desk was rude and not very attentive.

It was adequate since we only were there for one night.

It was 59 degrees in the room when we checked in and we needed assistance from the front desk to finally get the room temperature adjusted correctly. There was no one at the front desk when we wanted to check out. Someone finally appeared after about 10 minutes.

Great location , nice fort a short stay

Perfect location, walk to shops, restaurants and harbor. Very nice lobby and patio area to relax have drink.

Gym can use an update, old weight machine. Housekeeping need to step up, hair in bathroom, stained shower base. Bathroom can use thorough cleaning. I even saw a razor cover which was not mine. Mattress feels worn, I've been coming here for three years and enjoy it but some aspects of the room needs update. I will continue to come here though.

The locations is perfect

The hotel has to fix small things at the rooms, the are humidity on the bathroom walls, the sink has mising parts. Those details make the environment at the stay.

Loved the location but the hotel itself is lacking in comfort, cleanliness and some of the basic hotel amenities.

Location, cute bar in lobby, easy to find street parking

Room didn’t have toilet paper or enough towels when we checked in, shower doesn’t completely drain so some standing water, no mini fridge in room, no signs leading you to ice machine, no onsite free parking & have to move car every 2 hours during the day if parked on street

We liked the location and the hotel it self, it was different layout has history which we found very cute.

We live in SW Florida drove not having self parking was new to us.

all in all, it was a good hotel for the weekend. location was most important to us and we loved that we could walk liter

location is amazing! we walked everywhere and didn’t have to find parking which is always difficult on a busy weekend in st. pete.

kind of pricey… valet parking only. our room was also in need of a refresh.

location was amazing! staff was so nice!!!

they don’t clean your room or give towels every day or every other day for a longer stay. you have to request towels and if you do, they only give 2 of each even when you ask for more than 2. tiny tiny bathroom.

Awesome staff and lobby! Outdated rooms.

the staff was lovely!! super friendly and accommodating , they really stood out.

the rooms were outdated and very tiny. the bathrooms were hard to accommodate 4 people. need to keep up with cleaning the pool more because it is located under a huge tree that had leaves falling into it.

Huge potential, poor execution.

Location is perfect for seeing and exploring St. Petersburg. Room is spacious. Hotel was very accommodating when we arrived early and giving us a room in advance.

Bathroom fan sounded like an aircraft taking off, constantly. Room was in need of a deep clean as the wires under the desk and the bathroom fan had a deep layer of dust. I didn’t dare look behind the bed! Bathroom had flies in the shower, and the painting of the whole room and bathroom looked unfinished/marked. Nets and curtains in need of a deep clean and dust. Every plug was falling out of the wall and needed some cementing.

Nothing too bad, nothing exceptional either.

Near Janus Live venue, room was clean. Easy to check in and out.

Valet only parking added $20/night to the cost. No breakfast, but that was to be expected.

Go somewhere else.

The location isn't bad and the USB plugs in the room were a definite plus.

The room wasn't clean, flies came out of the bathroom, towels weren't clean, housekeeping is dreadful- don't clean unless you specifically ask them to and no one tells you that. So the room hasn't been cleaned on the first day. On the second day I asked for a clean and the cleaner left the garbage, that was in the bin, on the sofa. Wifi is slow, woke up a couple of times at night due to noise from the hallway. No view. Keycard didn't work twice- has to return to the front desk that was always busy.

40th birthday/New Years weekend getaway with friends

We loved the great location downtown and close to everything. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly!!! They really went above and beyond!

We did not like that the air in our room wasn't working properly and we could not figure out how to keep it on and cold. Day 1 was ok...day 2 was pretty warm and humid. Older property, small rooms, bathroom super small. No mini fridge or safe in the room.

Perfect spot to venture out.

Excellent staff and facilities. Great location for walking to beach drive and central ave. we would stay here again.

The mattresses were a little poor. We recommend them to replace them both.

good location and decent hotel, but definitely not worth what we paid for a NYE stay. the Hyatt Plce was the same price,

location and staff. lobby was nice. bed was comfortable and I liked the historic aspect of the hotel.

mold/mildew in our bathroom, and the room smelled musty. there was a door in our room that was locked from the other side, with no lock on our side. a simple bolt lock would have made me feel better about that.

the staff only! they we’re probably the best!!!! They were on it and friendly

the air didn’t work . we had 4 different rooms no one’s air worked . For the price of the room I expected more . you can pee and wash you hands at the same time .

need upgrade. dirty carpet, AC was not working properly. Mold odor and realized there was mold on the wall of the restroom
