Beautiful pink palace

Loved the staff, dinning options were great (grilled octopus was fabulous!!), beach beautiful and clean. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas wonderful. Simply beautiful accommodations.

The only thing we didn't like was they said Vallet was only 27 dollars. It was 34 plus fees and self parking so really 60 dollars a day. Very deceptive, and then vallet was not needed. Just do self parking and drive up. Otherwise staff was great.

Beautiful historic hotel

Beautiful hotel at St.Pete‘s Beach, we loved every bit of it

We were not able to load our luggage out of the car in peace. We were asked harshly to remove our car. This was unprofessional and stressful. Just because we useself-parking instead of vaket, dies not make us low-class guests

They did an unsightly and unnecessary refurbishment that caused the prices to sky rocket

Love the building Love the beach

They did a refurbishment last year , a lot of which was tacky so overall it was a huge waste of money. They moved the bar area to an area that blocked the views from the entrance lobby The bedroom was painted a feeble pink and grey colour and the bathroom shows all the pipe work/ plumbing. All in all the hotel looked better before they refurbished. No longer worth the prices they charge.

Not worth the money.

I liked the Bartender Jake. He was very friendly and gave us good recommendations about where to eat.

The housekeeping. When we came into the room there were still crumbs in there from the last guests, then when we left the room in the morning we politely made our beds as we always do and the staff didn’t correct them or do any housekeeping other than replacing towels which was the incorrect amount so we had to call the concierge for more. Housekeeping needs to be more attentive

Disappointing

Hotel was beautiful. But thats all it was.

No Map of the Hotel, Gift shops open later at least on weekends. I checked in at 6pm and they were already closed. Hotel was so over priced. At $750 a night we still had to pay for parking. No Place to eat breakfast, had to go off site. Hotel is Beautiful but will never stay there again. Could have gotten the same room at Holiday express cheeper. Very disappointed

I’ll be back without my kids!

Loved the view, the fitness center was amazing, beach view was awesome, amenities were second to none.

Not stroller friendly, small bathrooms, small rooms, and the elevators open and closed too quickly.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very easy to find lounge chairs at the pool or on the beach, not overcrowded.

The general contractor had some really strange items like the toilet seat could not go all the way up in a poor design of a banjo countertop in the bathroom.

Fantastic!

Everything from the staff to the food and overall vibe was fantastic. Love how beautiful everything is decorated for the holidays. The gift shop always has fantastic gems!

The value of the breakfast buffet could have been better. Small things like flavored lattes, avocado toast, and a fresher taste. I prefer ordering a la carte at Society Table or just going to the coffee shop.

Serene

The Don is a wonderful hotel with an amazing beach. Warm waters, white sandy beach, further away for peace and tranquility. The Don has a lil convenience store with amazing ice cream - blueberry cheesecake ice cream gets better with every bite! It was a wonderful place to be with family and just enjoy the peace and great food.

The bathrooms are a little small as it is an older hotel but renovated. But this would not keep me away... I hope to see you soon Don.

We were celebrating out 40th wedding anniversary and couldn't have had a better time.

The hotel is amazing, loved being right on the beach. Pool is brilliant with good bar and food service. Friendly and helpful staff
