In a country that normally doesn't bother with water heaters, this room had a great one. About the only real hot shower I've had in the Philippines. Aside from that, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything worked. It's across the street from MOA, but the noise level was not a problem at all. The owner accommodated some special requests which also made things easier for us. It would be a bit cramped if you had visitors, but for my wife, our infant daughter, and I, it was perfect.
The pictures showed a washing machine for clothes, but there wasn't one in the unit. This is my only complaint.

Location was perfect.
I didn't get the view pictured when I made the booking as I was at the backside of the residences. However for a one night's stay it was value for money.
