What I loved most about our stay was everything! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, and it was excellent value for money. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary fruit platter on arrival, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch.
From the warm hospitality and cleanliness to the little extras, everything was just wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

everything was amazing. All the staff was so so helpful and nice, I even got a free upgrade. The room was excelently cleaned and really comfortable, it had a nice view and pretty much everything You could ask for. The rooftop has a great view and a pool, which unfortunately closed earlier than it was supposed to. Breakfast was amazing, not a typical western style, but I was not expecting that.

I had so much fun staying at Ocean Hotel! They made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a complimentary birthday card and a beautiful fruit cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every morning.

No breakfast booked. Location excellent. Overall facilities great. Staff very responsive. The rooms are VERY well appointed and designed for the traveler . Well accommodated. It would be better to be more eco-focused on soaps etc rather than using fancy single use options.
Facilities under renovations including the entire top floor, pool, sky bar. Customers should know this. Also, most of the public spaces, hallways and rooms have been carpeted. This is NOT GOOD for an SE Asian environment. The HOTEL seems to be designed for a CHINESe clientele. Signage, in room instructions all in Chinese. SMOKING IS NOT STOPPED>. In room instructions about how to smoke...all hallways (with carpeting) with ashtrays, all balcony's and open spaces encourage smoking. This will soon make a hotel smell like an ashtray or dry smoke. Very sad.
