Facilities were very nice. It was great having the bedroom with a sitting room, made it easier to watch a little TV in the evening. Staff was accessible and helpful.
The only negative was the parking situation. We understood that there was parking available and maybe there was, but we couldn't find it. Wound up parking basically across the street at a commercial pay lot and although it was reasonably accessible, the cost mounted up quickly.

The location of the property is excellent, and overall the apartment is spacious and comfortable.
Upon arrival,we were welcomed with a small gift bag, have been prepared for only one guest even though there were three of us. 🥴
The apartment has a spacious kitchen, a living room sofa bed, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, and a small dining table with four chairs. The bedroom only has a king-size bed and two nightstands, one valet. There is no chair, bench, dresser, or other piece of furniture where guests can place luggage or clothing, which would be very helpful, especially for a stay of several days. We have to put all luggage in the floor🥴
The bathroom could also be better equipped. It only included shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner inside the shower. There was no hand soap, body lotion, or trash can. I had to request an additional set of towels since only two were provided for three guests.
Overall, this property has an excellent location, plenty of space, and a lot of potential. With a few small improvements and more attention to the basic amenities provided for the number of guests, it could offer a much more comfortable and complete experience.

The location was amazing, it genuinely could not have been located anywhere better! The staff was all super helpful and kind. The room was spacious and nice!
When we arrived, we were really confusing because we didn’t see a sign for “Global Luxury Suites”, instead it said the Lennox.

Location is great, tucked away in Georgetown, yet close to main streets, within easy walk of main sights and public transit options (bus/underground). Keyless entry was convenient. Reception staff were great, though I'm unsure if they are there all the time.
Booked a room with a terrace, which was not the room assigned; haven't heard back about refunding the difference. Ground floor rooms facing into the entrance will have car headlights beam through the night, into the bedroom or living area (if you use the sofa bed). Requested bedding for the sofa bed ahead of time, but had to ask again on arrival. Apartment was spacious, and it's nice to have a kitchen, although furniture is a little sparse - photos online have clearly been enhanced. Suggest a trash can and a towel rack/stand in the bathroom; there was limited counter space around the sink. WiFi connection was spotty.
