Free bicycles which worked perfectly in bicycle-friendly capitol area; location in mellow GWU area within walking distance of the national mall and metro to airport; very spacious room; bathtub
Had to ask to shut down airco as it made lots of noise and had no physical/ digital option for guests to deactivate it; noisy at times from the hallway and outside

Lovely hotel in a quiet residential cul-de-sac between GWU and the river. Great staff. Two blocks to the Metro.

This charming hotel feels like stepping back to the 50s but is also decorated with a modern stylish flair. We appreciated the outstanding customer service (our bags were delivered before we got there and they situated them in our room). The front desk staff were very friendly and provided directions and recommendations. An Italian restaurant was on site for breakfast and dinner and was superb. Extra bonuses we appreciated were the massive windows in our suite, a small kitchen for cooking in, the fitness center and bikes to reserve and use around DC (we highly recommend doing this!)
