Location was very convenient.
I asked several times before coming about an early check in due to an international flight and funeral. While they said there was no guarantee, the front desk indicated that 1:00 pm was likely. When I called day of they indicated maybe 3:00. When I came at 3:45 they said maybe not till 5:00. It was super frustrating and was an upgraded room that I had purchased. I was leaving to go meet people at 4::25 and the staff ran after me outside to let me know the room was ready.

I enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable.
A microwave in the room would've been helpful. And amenities in the room like there were in 2020

bed was uncomfortable. tv would go dark on some channels.
