Spacious, many rooms and good for big family or friends gathering. Well equipped. Staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. Great location just above shopping mall and many shops around

Host was very prompt and helpful to arrange our last minute check in, very polite and friendly too. I like this stay so much because it is very clean and comfy plus point is the super big swimming pool. Super smooth and easy check in too! and sufficient car park were provided too. This stay is also just right above the shopping mall with eateries and groceries which were so convenient for us!

The entire of apartments are clean, tidy, and cosy.
1. The host did not send us the key handling procedures one day in advance of the checking date.
We have to call her, and we got the check-in information at 2pm on the check-in date.
2. The host informed us at last minute that the apartment we booked was unavailable. The reason was the previous guest in the apartment was infected covid. I was suspicious of the explanations she was given.
3. She offered us another apartment, but the location was not what we wanted. she asked us to cancel the booking if we don't accept the offer.
The request from her is totally unacceptable.
We are forced to accept her offer cause we can't find a place at the last moment.
We don't feel comfortable and very disappointed from the whole process of checking in by the host.
