The room was very spacious and comfortable! They had everything we need, pillows were soft, the shower was great. So much food choices downstairs and within walking distance. Parking was free too, the process was easy thanks to the receptionist.
It was dual-key and the room wasn't very soundproof, we can hear the loud keypad sounds and door slamming by the guests from the other unit late at night, and also some loud honking from the streets downstairs.

Nice stay and responsive staff. I loved the rooftop pool and the gym.
It can get noisy in the Deluxe room (or family room), as 2 rooms are build in 1 unit. For example we had terribly noisy neighbor and we could hear everything…

The restaurants and grocery shop downstairs are convenient.
The parking is easy to access.
The room is new & clean.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
The shower area doesn’t have sufficient closure so water splashes all over the floor outside the shower cubicle.
The water in the bathroom sink takes a long time to drain.
There are no clothes hangers.
Parking only available on a first come first serve basis is very stressful.

Check in was slow. The room won't ready for us until 3.30pm. The house keeper was still mopping the floor.When we got to the front door. It was wet and slippery. No glasses provided for soft drinks. Only 3 hangers per room. We have booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We have bedroom lamp tables but no lamps.So no chance of reading in bed.There aren't enough wall hangers for towers or clothes. The bathroom floor get wet after a shower. Could do with 2 set of keys instead of one.
