We enjoyed the house and its facilities. It was a great place for a large group of friends to stay together. Was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The combustion fire place and heating in each room worked well.
Wonderful location so close to Echo Point.
Some of the toilets needed flushing a few times to ensure they worked correctly. They may need some maintenance.
The difficulty to communicate with Accommodation regarding early check in and late check out arrangements. We asked for this when we booked so far in advance , but had to wait until day before to get an early check in. - this was confirmed afternoon before we checked in.
I didn't recieve any follow up about late checkout despite asking about this. We have stayed other places and this had not been a problem.

The location and the rooms
We were cold the first night, until we found the switch to turn on the central heating. It wasn’t easy to find.

We are a group of ladies from a bush walking club in Sydney. This was is a fabulous house in great location. Plenty of parking and easy instructions for collection of keys. Beds were comfy and the heating was ample - in fact too hot the first night until we worked out how to turn the heating down. The house was clean, the kitchen was great with everything you could need.
A few more tea towels would have been handy.

Breakfast isn't provided. The location is wonderful and is perfect for the needs of a large group or family. It's also quiet. The owners even responded to my request for some blankets as doonas cam get too hot in the summer/autumn months. A very well-equipped kitchen too.
There is some mold and peeling paint in some of the front bedrooms. There's possibly a water leak somewhere that needs attention.
